Description

Varin 400 : is a rugged, low cost machine designed for closing can size from 200-404 at a recommend speed of 150 cpm. The cans are received on a slowly revolving indexing disc and delivered into the machine where they are carried to four rotating seaming head. The seaming heads are of the four rolls variety mounting on roller bearing for maximum life. Varin 400 handles cans with great efficientcy and minimal spillage. Cans of greater height can be with special modified column.

Varin 60 : Varin 60 can be offered in straight-line (MSLF) cannery or with disc feed (DF) for can manufacturing. Varin 60 provides a constant speed through transfer and seaming turret with possitive assembly of can and cover when closing at high speed. The seaming rolls in the six-station turret are assembled using tapered roller bearings and are actuated seperately by a single fixed cam. Second operation rolls can be disengaged by a single movement for checking first operation seam. Varin 60 handles can with great efficientcy and minimal spillage. Positive assembly of the cover and can with No Can/No Cover safety feature that assures smooth operation with minimum attention.

Varin 41 : Varin 41 straight line (MSLF) cannery or disc feed (DF) for can manufacturing or packing solid products at speed up to 250 cpm. Varin 41 provides a constant speed through the transfer and seaming turret with positive assembly of the can and cover. The universal seaming head unit made from good quality lost wax stainless steel casting. Vary from can diameter 200-404 on the head. Can height change within the range of the machine is easily made with a height range variation of 1-1/8.
