The machine is complete with heated vibrating table, flow stopping and dosing foot pedal, and automatic starting timer, and is able to attach an enrobing belt conveyor in oder to increase product variety. The bowl has a capacity of 8, 12, 25, 45, 60, 55 and 80 kg and it is equipped with a mixer that keeps the chocolate fluid and even.
