Description
The CWM Automation Linear Filling Machines provide great production performances with high throughput for your production needs. It is perfect for high production output needs.
The machines are manufactured with 316 stainless steel for all food contact parts of the machine.
They can be provided with End of Line machinery such as cases erectors, packing into cases, palletizing, filming.
The machines can be used to fill, close and pack food products and chemicals such as liquid, semi liquid, vscous and dry food products. For chemicals, it is perfect for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals
Several Inline Machines are available depending on you production output needs :
CWM 50L : 50 pots / minute;
CWM 100L: 100 pots / minute;
CWM 200L: 200 pots / minute;
CWM 300L: 300 pots / minute;
CWM 400L: 400 pots / minute
The 240i is the newest release of CWM's Machines.
Designed for higher production output for filling and closing, it is 75% more efficient than the other Inline Machines.
Its control system built in with the Rockwell Automation's ITrack allows it to produce and move product along in a continuous motion and more swiftly. This allows for less spill over of liquid product out from the packaging and much lower loss of the product while filling along on the conveyers.
