1. Homo mixer or Homogenizer make molecules of the liquid-oil to be homogeneous and emulsified (particle size less than 1 micron).  For example, cream, lotion, toothpaste, sunscreen mascara, foundation and other cosmetics+chemicals. Capacity is 3L up to 10,000L.

2. Mixing tank has agitator installed in tank. It can be designed to operate under pressure, vacuum, heating and cooling. It is widely used for Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, Fruit juice, Food, Adhesive, Painting and Chemical.

3. Vacuum Mixer can operate under vacuum by vacuum pump. It can reduce bubble in product. Moreover, transferring raw material to Vacuum Mixer is also applied.

4. Turnkey Project. We can provide Turnkey Project with Automatic Control (PLC/Touch Screen) and Semi-automatic for Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Adhesive, Food, Beverage and Chemical.

5. Storage Tank. We design and fabricate Storage Tanks, Carbon steel (SS400) and Stainless steel (SUS316L/304) with rockwool or PU insulation. Its’ capacity available from 10L to 1,000,000L. For special specification, Tank with rubber lining or PTFE coating are provided. Cold storage, Hot storage and Pressure vessel are also supplied.

6. Piping Line. Stainless steel Piping is Argon-shield for Cosmetic and Food. Insulation can be made by rockwool (heating) and PU foam (cooling). Design and supervision by our experiences Engineer for low maintenance and  leaking-free.

7. Platform. Our experiences Engineer can design Carbon steel Platform with painting or galvanized and Stainless steel Platform to be suitable to building and operation.
