We dose liquid nitrogen in milligrams into food and beverage packaging processes to enhance product and packaging quality. We deliver bulk liquid nitrogen at very high flow rate to perform thermal-cycling stress test in HALT/HASS chamber for electronic industry. For critical processes such as MBE and bio-pharmaceutical, we design TRIAX® delivery system with gravity feed pressure to keep the process at ultralow temperature.
