Description

STATEC BINDER’s high-level palletizer PRINCIPAL-H is a high-performance palletizing system that can stack up to 2400 bags per hour. This palletizer is characterized by sturdy construction, high flexibility, easy maintenance, and a long lifetime when serviced properly. Depending on the bag material the palletizer can be equipped with a stainless steel loading plate, a Teflon-covered loading plate, or a loading plate with air cushion. This ensures that the bag can be pushed easily to the right position.

At the beginning, one pallet is separated from the stack of the empty pallet magazine and prepared for palletizing, e.g. with a slip sheet. The filled bags are transport via an inclined infeed belt conveyor to a bag pressing belt at the start, which ensures that the bags are “in shape” for palletizing. The servomotor-operated overhead rotating device turns the bag in the desired position. Thanks to this device flexible layer patterns are made possible. A clean layer pattern is guaranteed by the synchronous belts of the layer pusher and the motor-driven front and side pushers. The prepared layer is placed on the pallet in the pallet lift by the layer loading plate. After the desired amount of layers is reached, the pallet is transported to the pallet securing station.

The advantage of a high-level palletizer is that it can press the layer pattern from different sides and therefore ensures a stable and right-angled layer. After loading the layer on the pallet it is pressed against the layer forming plate. This additional layer pressing increases the stability of the pallet. Optional a layer pressing unit from the top can be installed.
