Description

The SYSTEM-T fully automatic Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine combines high quality packaging from a PE tube with high production capacity and is therefore ideal to be used in a wide range of industries including petrochemicals, fertilizers, animal feed, food, etc.Due to the high flexibility of the FFS packaging machine it can be adapted to different customer requirements. For example, pillow bags and gusset bags can be produced with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5 kg and 50 kg. Additional perforation of the bags is also possible. 

The machine has workstations for forming, filling and sealing the bags, which means that three bags are always being processed at the same time. The advantage of this is a shorter cycle time for each stage of the process. In addition, even at high production speeds the bags are always formed, filled and sealed at exactly the right moment.

Another key feature of the SYSTEM-T is its modern, sturdy and compact design. During the development process, the emphasis was on accessibility, generous clearances, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs. For example, the large doors allow easy access to all areas of the machine and important parts and cable connections are protected from corrosive and abrasive dust by stainless steel housings. In addition, the total number of components and the number of moving parts have been kept to a minimum.
