Mespack Athena - The control suite platform of the future
Description
In order to support the digital transformation that many industries are undergoing, we have developed the Mespack Athena control suite. It is designed to help our customers to control better the packaging process and, by analysing the data, can make their processes more efficient.
Mespack Athena offers endless possibilities to maximize the performance of your equipment's at the same time enable faster and better decision making. Under the same look and feel, Mespack Athena compromises the operator control screen (HMI) and the data management aplication (IIoT).
On machine Control:
The operator control screen is shown on a Full HD 18,5" wide multitouch panel PC. Equipment can be easily managed thanks to the intuitive interface with fast access to real time data. OEE, machine status reject reasons and alarms are some of the available dashboards that will make the difference to the operator. Has three different user profiles which enables the user to access to different information and even different kind of interaction:
-Operator
-Maintenance
-Administrator
Mespack Athena will collect information of the machine and storage it to analyze later one the historical data, statistics and even do precentive maintenance of it. We offer two possibilities to storage the data depending on customer requirements: on premise and on cloud.
On premise: tge equipment is integrated using an industrial computer, which also means the software and the data storage are in an industrial computer.
On-cloud option: equipment integration using an edge computer. In this case the software and data storage are integrated on cloud, being Microsoft Azure as default.
