Our Aroma Recovery System Ares is based on a new technology that permits to recover the aromas which normally are lost between the refining and the concentration of the juice. Our system processes the juice just after the extraction in order to recover the 100% of the aromas, even the more subtle ones. Our machine is compact and it is independent from the evaporator, so that it can be easily installed to pre-existing lines.

By working under vacuum and using a series of heat exchangers with different temperatures, our system separates the light and heavy aromas, discharges water, air and nitrogen, and allows the juice to be processed without interruptions. Our machine is compact and it is independent from the evaporator, so that it can be easily installed to pre-existing lines. The aromas separated from Ares can be re-added to the juice before sterilizing the product, or they can be kept separated and sold on the aromas market as ingredients for different fields of application such as beverage and dairy, confectionery, cosmetics.
