Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine Model: TWJC
Description
Continuous motion type produces 140 bags/min at the maximum. This economical continuous VFFS offers exceptional cost/performance ratio. Combination with auger filler achieves great production efficiency for powder, coffee, granulated products.
Sealing Mechanism
Stable sealing in high-speed is achieved by means of synchronized mechanism of film feeding and end-seal unit(up-down mechanism) that allows longer time for sealing.
Combination with Auger Filler for Powder products
Combination of the V.F.F.S machine with Auger filler makes the operator easy for handling the machine via one touch screen.
Auger parts can be mounted and dismounted easily and the parts can be washed with water. Keeping the unit in clean enables to switch over the product efficiently. As a result, it enhances productivity.
Variety of Bag style
Bag shape: Pillow, Gusset, Block bottom, Chain bag. 4-side corners HEM seal can be produced as option.
Output
Output: Maximum 140bags/min in pillow bag, 70 bags/min in block bottom bag, 55 bags/min in HEM seal bag.
