Description

The PAW Series is a global model that has a high safety design.

The allowable moment has been improved by 40% (at Ø100) compared with conventional and has a highly rigid specification.

A new model assistance device that allows access from the bottom.  Freely select combinations of up to 3 axes according to the application and location, making it possible to transport heavy objects to higher and farther locations.

In the heavy objects transport process, it is suitable for the work of lifting from waist-height to chest level and carrying horizontally avoiding obstacles above.

Useful when transporting heavy objects! Smoothly transportable with reduced weight.
The center of gravity is close to the operator, for high operability.
As well as increasing ease of operation with the handle mounted on the joint, this allows simple and safe operation without contact with moving parts.

[Arm variations for various work processes]
Realized a wide movable range according to usage. Heavy workpieces can be conveyed higher and further. One to three axes can be combined according to the application and location.

[High Safety Function]
In addition to the position locking mechanism by the block valve (standard equipment) to prevent workpieces from falling, the rotation lock can be attached (option) so that position can be maintained when power (air, electricity) is down. Furthermore, in order to prevent pinching, a safety design was adopted which narrows the gap of movable joint parts and widens space when the shaft is closed.

Equipped with a vertical axis, making palletizing / depalletizing processes easy, conventional PAW space saving, compactness and light touch are maintained.
